Hello Paul, Are you really trying to update the database (did Italy add a new Province?) or are you trying to input the Province name for a new or existing QSO?
To input the Province for a new QSO, in the QSO window for that contact, simply click on the Custom Award window, select WAIP, click on the Custom Award Value window and click on the Province name. Hit F10 to update the QSO info. Note that only those awards for which that QSO might count will be shown (WAIP will not appear for a DL QSO; DLD will not appear for an I QSO).
