Hello Paul, Yes, there are hundreds of custom awards. Try updating everything with Help >Check for Updates and see if you get more awards.
If you are doing a report, ALL of the awards should be visible. If you are entering award info for a QSO, remember that only those awards applicable will be visible. For WAIP, you need to have an Italian QSO up in the QSO window. I just tried it and WAIP is indeed included.
