First..all the tabs are checked and have been
Here's an example that just happen
Worked Faroe Isl on 30m FT8 and it was confirmed LOTW The country
window went from "W" to "C"
The awards box at the bottom of the QSO window shows blanks
IF I do an F2 as if a paper qsl was received, the awards box shows DXCC
band and mode WPX band & mode IOTA band & mode
If I bring up the logbook, with just LOTW, DXCCbnd and DXCCmod show
nothing
What am I doing wrong Since starting to do FT, I am working a lot of
new band modes and it seems that DX4WIN is not keeping track when
confirming with LOTW

Check the following settings in preferences.
On the STATION tab, make sure those bands and modes are Checked.
On File | Awards, click the DXCC tab. Again, make sure those and modes
are Checked.
Make sure that LoTW is checked under "Confirmation"
Nothing can change your award flags to Submitted or Checked except you.
