Hello Charlie, The latest version of dx4win DOES show the option for either QSL Card or LoTW for a WAZ submission. Make sure you have both QSL card and LoTW selected under File > Awards > WAZ > Confirmation.

Currently V9 only allows "Cards" and there is no matches for the LoTW submission report.
