The ADIF from LoTW should tell your confirmations for DXCC, VUCC, WAS, WPX, and WAZ. You can then run Rick's LoTW utility to make sure you log and the League's records are the same. https://ad1c.us/dx4win/lotw/
As Rick said, it's better than nothing. This is why we back up important data someplace other than on the computer. I use both a USB drive and a cloud storage.
