I think the main issue is that the Help > Check for updates > Files window appears blank. It used to show the entire list of files that could be updated, whether there were new versions available or not.

Checking Jim's DX4Win page, the award database was last updated on August 25, 2025. The DX4WIN.CTY country file was last updated on September 5, 2025 (version entity check is Z3). This seems to match what you guys are reporting.
