Mike, that's not the way I remember it. The only time the Check For
Updates lists files to be updated is if there are new versions
available. Then it gives you an option to uncheck them if needed. If
there are no new files, a blank page will appear and that's normal.

I think the main issue is that the Help > Check for updates > Files window
appears blank. It used to show the entire list of files that could be
updated, whether there were new versions available or not.
Once again, thanks a zillion to Jim AD1C for providing the files.

the award database was last updated on August 25, 2025. The DX4WIN.CTY
country file was last updated on September 5, 2025 (version entity check is
Z3).
This seems to match what you guys are reporting. What's the issue?
