Andy, I created this driver and it works 1000% correct. Looks like you set something for the keyer. Are you using the dx4win keyer or winkeyer ? Or are you using the build in cw keyer in ts890s ?

I can only assume that before the reboot I changed something without intending to. The cw paddle works fine without the CAT control, but not when I restart RADIO.
