you may have gotten tripped up. I think you connected to the old Pavilion cluster. There is a difference in the last octet of the two ip addresses. the old address which ends in two weeks is 131.156.2.131 and is on normal port 23 the new address ends in 135 and is on the 41112 port. When the normal telnet port of 23 is used, it is not necessary to use the colon and the number, it's assumed.
