Interesting issue, but don't know why it is happening. Just for grins, I tried the following site and connected without any problem:
k3nc.no.ip.com:41112 So, the port is being used. Difference I see is the use of the literal address rather than the base IP. Does anyone know the literal address for the w9niu instead of the IP?
