Ron, I'm not sure I follow you completely, but:
If you select both a mixed and a 160. you will get all the 160 QSOs that qualify for submission and following this selection, all the remainder QSOs that qualify for mixed. The 160m award is not mode specific, so you only get one. If you chose a CW + 160, then you get the CW contact for your FO0, if you chose the phone + 160 then you get the phone FO0. Based on the selections you are making, there is no award that calls for both the phone and the CW FO0 QSOs. It seems to me that DXbase is doing what it should.
