Ron,

Are you saying that you don't get any phone listing, whatsoever, on any 
band? I made up a small test log, and I did get a phone listing for 20 
meters. If you have a phone QSO confirmed with FO/c, and you don't have 
a DXCC credit for phone with FO/c, then a phone QSO should show up in 
your listing. Is it possible that you worked Clipperton some other time 
with some other station, and you are already credited with a phone QSO 
with DXCC?
