Hi, I run into a similar problem. I follow the help file instructions, I have route 0 for all bureau labels to the worked station itself, and route 1 when the via field is 'manager'.
When I simulate a pending label print out, I see this is working, the managers callsign is printed only when route is '1'. BUT, on ALL other qsl labels, the word 'VIA' from that label textfield is still printed on the labels. Is there a way to NOT print this label field at all, so the word 'VIA' is gone to ??? I find it not nice to have this word on all my labels, it works confusing !!
