I think we need a little more explanation. You said you tested it with these other programs. Does that mean you sent cw using these other programs?
Not sure but did you read the help file part about making sure the I/O addresses that the driver used are the same that the registry shows for that com port? You can check using System to find the I/O address assigned to that port. Then edit the registry to that same address. There is a section in the help file that explains it in detail.
