A little offtopic but since many users are DXers. I keep a website info page at www.files.billnjudy.com with some Callsign conversions lists and a GreenStamp or IRC chart for a number of countries. I'd appreciate it if you would take a look. I'd really appreciate it if non USA hams would report on their countries Postal rates. I'd especially like to know the general preference between GS or IRC's in your country. Some countries have contrary interpretations of IRC rules which make them difficult to use. Some countries require high exchange rate fees making Green Stamps difficult.
