On the k2 this appeared to work IF you always use the same mode on a band because the band you are going to is already in the right mode from last time. It only shows up when you operate (and use spots) for more than 1 mode. As a predominantly CW operator it took me a little while to see that there was anything amiss when putting together the K2 file as my K2 tends to be in CW on all bands.
