I've just purchased DXBase 2003 and am new to this group. Is there any way to Repopulate the Name/QTH/County etc fields from a CD-ROM without having to delete and re-enter the contact?
Say you type in the wrong call sign and hit tab or enter. Improper information from the CD is populated into those fields. If I go back to correct the call sign, all of the other information won't be corrected. The only way to get around this (as far as I can tell), is to delete the QSO and re-enter it. Is there a Hotkey to repopulate from the CD-ROM? Another question is if there is a way to populate a range of records, for example, imported records that now don't have Name/QTH information. I realize this could be a huge task taking a lot of processing time, but just thought I would ask this as well.
