I am running DXbase 2002, and have had a problem with the RAC lookup since I installed almost two years ago. I loaded the RAC disc on my hard drive and followed the set up instructions. It finds the address info just fine and will work for a time. Then without any notice, I get a RAC error 3 in the QSL info window and it will not find any addresses. I go in and check all the settings and they are fine. The only way to get it to come back up is to close down DXbase and bring it back up. This works for a while and then it disappears again.
It is very frustrating. Has anyone else experienced this problem. Like I said, this has occurred almost since the first day I installed it. My computer is a Compaq 7470 with 20 gig hard drive.
