Ron, et al I experimented with a couple of methods. The one that Ron suggested was the best (in my opinion.) I started with a 67 Meg file and now it is an 8.5 Meg file! It was fast and no problems. This should solve my problem for some time! It would be nice to build this into DXbase 2004, it would help those of us who are "tech challenged".

You will be amazed how much smaller your data base will be. You said its 67 MB now, let us know what happens.
