One change I would like to see is a date added to the Manager Listing and to the Address listing that is auto dated on addition or update of any record. That way you would now how old the manager info or the address information is. Periodically you could purge old information out of these tables, getting rid of old information and reducing the size of the .mdb file. This is extra baggage that is possible bad information anyway.
