I have absolutely never experienced this. The fact that you see this on DXB 02 as well as 03 makes me suspicious of the internal clock utility in your PC, not the software.

I saw the same thing happen with DXBASE 2002. It really gets to be annoying when I check off the QSL send and end up printing labels or cards with the wrong date. Is this a bug or some idiosyncrasy of the underlying application?
