Getting the time right. 

On the lower left of you screen when DXBase is not running is the time from the 
system clock. right click on the time and select adjust "date and Time". Below 
the clock is a box called time zone where you have to define your time zone. IF 
you have not defined this correctly then you could have a problem with your 
date time. The clock has to be set to local time and the when you define the 
time zone the program DXBase will convert the information from the computer 
clock to a correct date and UTC time. There is information on this in the help 
file look under daylight savings time. 

Typical problems that cause this to happen are the clock being set 12 hours 
off. Not having the correct time zone defined. And the obvious the computer 
clock is not set to correct date and time.
