Not sure what you mean but.....
If your Windows clock is showing the proper time for your TimeZone/DST, and
DXB is showing UTC, shouldn't it be an hour behind?

UTC shouldn't change in the little clock in DXBase.
I'm assuming you are on MoutainDaylightTime and I think you should be 6
hours behind UTC????
