[DXBase] Counties

Hello,
I just started today with DXBASE (2004) and in testing imports I have 
received some
explainable warnings. Before I started testing imports I checked the DXBASE 
website
for update files, but I found none. One of the warnings flags Dade county 
FL ...so I
checked the US States and Counties listing in DXBASE and sure enough there is
no Dade county FL. (Maybe they can stop paying taxes :) ). Am I  missing an 
upgrade
file somewhere?
