Many thanks for your suggestion, was exporting to an ADIF file. Tried it to
a report and still not selecting any records.
Have checked all the option fields such as Award, QSLs etc and do not see
any entries that would prevent Dxbase selecting these records.
One thing, I reinstalled Dxbase on Saturday after a computer hiatus, my mdb
file was restored from my backup CD which fortunately contained 1000 plus
CQWW QSO's,  can't help thinking this is where my problem lies.
I'm going back to the drawing board.
