BUT, if you do it the way you are saying and a spot comes in from the
cluster
while you are typing, then your typing to that point is destroyed and you
have to
start over (unless you lock the summary window) and even if you get the call
or call
all typed and manage to hit enter before another spot comes in, just as soon
as another
spot comes in the info will change in the summary window. With my way you
don't have
to lock anything and the information will stay in the summary window until
you hit Esc to
erase the entry.
