Jim, As Jack explained this scenario to me when it was brought up a while back -- when the first warning/error is caught (such as the VE province being in the State adif field -- or -- the wrong spelling of the County ... Jack displays the line of info - and it just so happens that some of the other info (like the MODE field) has not been updated (in that line of data) to reflect what should be there - because the warning/error was caught before that MODE field was updated..
This in no way has any adverse effect on what you are importing. As you noted. I hope that the above info helps out in understanding what is happening.
