I imported the LOTW report that I downloaded from the ARRL, and got the expected warnings about states for VE stations, etc. What was interesting, however, was that some warnings showed the mode as digital when the actual mode was SSB. These particular warnings were for an Alaska county, not a warning for the mode. This apparently only shows up in the error report itself, since no changes were made to the log. The mode was listed as SSB in the LOTW report and USB in the log. I am using DXbase 2005 and the latest version of the import program.
Since no changes were made to the log, this isn't a major problem, but it is something to be aware of. 73, Jim N6VH
