To all: I just visited the CQ magazine's website again today and noted that they finally have the CQ DX Field Award's "newest version" of the "Application" on the website..
I am right now working up the report file that I previously made for the cqdxfieldawardappl.rpt file -- and when ready, I will let you all know by email to the reflector. The other form that they originally had is all ok too .. But, since they came out with CQ Form # 2504 -- dedicated exclusively to the CQ DX Field Award application -- I wanted to update the report file to have it look like the newest version..
