Something that happens to me and maybe I am the cause is that I may manually tune to a frequency and work a station. Then without touching the xcvr I enter the callsign and press return. The radio switches frequency and band. Now I am unable to enter the right frequency unless I hunt the station down or he has been spotted (if he is dx).
Is this scenario clear? What am I doing wrong?
