If I want to QSL only if I haven't received a QSL card from a station in a given County how do I go about it? Do I need to keep a manual list external to DXbase? What has been done that works for this need? I don't want to QSL 100% anymore especially for contest QSOs. I'm not really chasing Countys right now but I might some day and I would like to have a chance at getting cards from those counties that I have worked only once. I have 1600 Qs in the log.
