A couple of times.
First off, LoTW has an option to create that .adi file that DXB will import
into your log
and mark the appropriate qso's with LOTWRECEIVED.

So when you do the Awards Module, select Cards only.
This will then prepare a report to submit with your cards.
Actually the report isn't necessary unless having the cards Field Checked.
If you mail the cards to the DXCC desk, they just throw it away.

So now you have all your cards sorted properly and the Submission form.
In the top left section it asks how many cards and how many qsl's.
It also has a box to mark (Use LoTW qsls). You mark this.

On the LoTW site, go to Awards, and follow the instructions for linking a LoTW
submission
to the hardcard submission you just mailed to the ARRL Desk.

Obviously you wouldn't select any band/mode qsl's that you already received a
qsl card for
and just mailed off to the DXCC Desk.

This process is called a 'HyBrid Submission' and supposedly is supposed to be
processed
before simple hard card submissions. (although in my experience it took the
same 6 weeks
as a hardcard only submission)
