your absolutely right Fred
and that's why I print out two.
I send the one with the submission (even though they say they really don't need
it).
But I was told...that every once in a while a data entry person will not be
able to
decipher some handwriting and the printout helps to decide.

As for the cards, 10 meters and 10 mHz is my common mistake.

I've made it a practice to put a small postit note on the card if there is any
possibility
of confusion.
I also use postit notes to indicate which qso's are being submitted when there
are
multiple qsos on the card.

I also use postit notes when the person puts labels on the back of the card.

(as a manager, I suggest NOT putting labels on the back, I shouldn't have
missed them, but
on occasion, I have. I have no problem with multiple cards for the same
station).

And as a tip for all, if you have qso's for many contacts, but you only need
one qsl for a
particular band or mode, feel free to ask that the qsl be on a separate card.
I received a request like that just the other day and it's no problem for me to
do that.
(DXB makes it very easy to print multiple qso and/or singles, just assign that
single a
unique GROUP character)
