Phil,

You either do not have administrator rights, or, you have some security 
setting turned on that is stopping entries from being made to your registry. 
I don't know what those settings are in XP.  I recommend that you call 
Microsoft Tech Support for help with Windows.  Just tell them that you need 
to execute a .reg filename that was received from a trusted source and ask 
them what Windows setting you must change in order to allow this to happen.

Hi,

I'm trying to load my unzipped registration.  When I double click on the 
K1ICO.reg the following error message is displayed:

    Windows found that this file is potentially harmful.
    To help prevent your computer, Windows has blocked access to this file.

I tried copying or saving this file , but to no avail.

My computer is running Windows XP Home edition with SP2.

What do you suggest?
