Thanks Gerard, you had the solution.  I had forgotten to create an empty mdb
data base from within DXB2006.  Once I did that the import went without a
hitch.  I'm pleasantly surprised how easy and seamless the transition has
been, once I got pilot error out of the way!  Now to figure out how to use
all the new stuff!  Thanks for the help.
