Rich, I submitted my LOTW credits online the day before I went to Visalia. I then submittted my cards in Visalia. I mae sure that my cards didn'y duplicate my LOTW submission. It will be necessary to mark the LOTW QSO's as credited for DXCC. Incidentally, I paid the submission fee online and told the "cashier" in Visalia that I had done do. You should only have to pay one submission fee for a joint submission (LOTW plus a field check at Dayton). You will still need to pay other fees (field check fee, etc.)
