I tried a "combined" application a year or so ago. I would not do it
again. If I were you, I would take my cards to Dayton and get them
checked. When they get approved at Newington you will get back a printout
of *all* of your credits and the LoTW site will reflect this. Bring your
log up to date.

Then you can request LoTW credit for the new ones. I can't comment on the
cost differential in doing this (I'm sure it's more $$) but the lower grief
level is worth the money in my mind.

Hi,

I have started to log some satellite contacts. When creating a ADIF file to
submitt to LOTW the following error message is displayed:

            Signing using CALL=K1ICO, DXCC=291
Error: Invalid MODE (DIGITAL) on line 24
            CALL: KA1OLE
            QSO_DATE: 20050327
            TIME_ON: 155400
            FREQ: 0.14580
            BAND: 2M
            SAT_NAME: ISS
            PROP_MODE: SAT
            MODE: DIGITAL

In this case SAT = ISS, Mode = Digital, Submode = blank.

Error: Invalid MODE (APRS) on line 30
            CALL: KB9LTH
            QSO_DATE: 20050516
            TIME_ON: 003221
            FREQ: 0.14580
            BAND: 2M
            SAT_NAME: ISS
            PROP_MODE: SAT
            MODE: APRS

In this case Sat = ISS, Mode = Digital, Submode = APRS.

What are the proper entries for these fields?

Phil,

For the acceptable TQSL Modes in your ADI file -- open you
TQSL program and go to File / Create New ADIF file / ...
Now, go to the Mode "drop-down" window .. there, you will see
the acceptable TQSL modes ... "if" your MODE column of DXbase
doesn't show one of those "acceptable" TQSL Modes - then, you
will have to go into the following in your TQSL program:

File / Preferences / ADIF Modes TAB /

In that area is where you will tell the TQSL program how to
"Map" the existing MODES you have in DXbase Mode column to
an "acceptable" TQSL Mode ..

Such as:

LSB -> SSB

since LSB is not an acceptable mode for TQSL ... there is
an area in your TQSL program with a good HELP File ..

Hpe that this helps out.

Where can I find the "ModifiedDxccqso.rpt" from Joe WA6AXE.

And do I need it for DXCC? I have several cards that have multiple entries,

Would like them to sort to the end as it should.

btw the reflector is bouncing all my messages today..
