Gary, Just select a different node in the Telnet list of AR-User, and then connect. If you haven't shut down DXbase, you'll have to close and reopen the telnet window.

I had seen in the VE7CC web pages about setting localhosts to 127.0.0.1:7300, but being new to this cluster connection business had forgotten about the HOSTS file. I couldn't figure out how to get the 7300 port designator added to the list until you reminded me that of the proper file. A quick check of the DXB help file even showed how to edit the file from within DX2006. I'm now getting spots through the VE7CC AR User interface fb. Now to play around with tweaking the pass and reject filters - very easy to do from the VE7CC program. If I want to change to a different cluster do I have to shut down and restart DXB, or just change connections in AR User? Guess I could experiment a bit and figure that one out. Thanks to for the help. Thanks also to Firebrick and Bob KB4CL. Thank goodness for all the great folks on this reflector! 73, Gary AL9A ----- Original Message ----- From: "Peter Dougherty" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: May 25, 2005 4:21 PM Subject: [Dxbase] VE7CC & DXB spots > At 20:10 25-05-05, you wrote: > > >Still no go.
