I have installed a copy of DXBase2006 on my laptop. After the install
was complete and working I transfered N5IN.mdb and Refdata.mdb from my
shack computer, overwriting the existing original installs in the DXBase
2006 directory. Are there an additional file or two that I could have
transfered to bring allong my 'User Options, Personal Options, etc' so I
could avoid having to hand enter all of that? Saving time and equally
important having things identical.

Yes,
your .co and .ini files from the DXBase folder and also
your DXBASE2006.ini file that is in the Windows folder.
