[Dxbase] Suggestion for DXBase 2007

Hi Jack -- this one is simple...it would be nice to have the option of
having everything in the log show up in capital letters -- without using
the caps lock key.  Of course it is easy to put the caps-lock key on but I
forget to take it off and then go on to something else and enter a case
sensitive password or something like that and of course I get an error...
