I know that this was discussed before, but I can not find the reference
and the archives do not appear to be search able. How can I change the
radio default mode from UCW to be LCW when I click on a cw spot?
Radio.ini? Dxbase2006.ini? Thanks.

UCW= CW on the Upper SideBand
LCW= CW on the Lower SideBand
The spots are by frequency and the mode is determined by the bandplan
mapping in DXBase, however, I am unsure of where the code that is sent
to the rig is set-up to default to either UCW or LCW . . . . or maybe it
at the rig level?

Hi,

I make a CW serial interface, I using this interface with other software,
and I want to use with a DX base 2006, I use a DTR PIN, but doesn?t work!!

On circuit I use a 4N35, a one diode, and one resistor
.

Subject: [Dxbase] DXBase 2006 + WinKey via micro KEYER
Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Hi Gang,

It seems that DXBase 2006 will not work with WinKey v.10 in the micro KEYER
by microHAM. I have no problems making this hardware work with another
logging program.

Does anyone know why I can not get DXBase to work with this product? Has
anyone come up with a work-around?

Eric,

I'm using DXBase 2006 with the microHam keyer with the latest (V. 2.0) router
software and firmware upgrades. I believe my keyer has the v. 9 K1EL keyer
chip in it. Works great with the Omni 6 here for CW.

I wonder if you have external power (13.8V) hooked up to your microKeyer?
