[Dxbase] New Install Problems

I had to format C and have a new install of DXBase 2006.
DXBase will startup fine as long as I don't tell the internet
cluster to start on startup. When I do this OR try to start
the cluster manually, DXBase shuts down emeditally with
no warning or error screen of any kind. I have uninstalled and
reinstalled 3 times but still no go.. Anybody got an answer
to this
