Joe, et al. This is the best way to do it, because it will probably happen again, with other 1X1 Special Event calls. Or, just delete the call mapping after this SE, then you will have to repopulate the state, country, etc. for the next SE, just like a mobile going from state to state and zone to zone, etc. I am still learning the tricks here, so I may have missed something.
