If you have Microsoft Access97 and also a Spreadsheet program
like Microsoft Works Spreadsheet or 1-2-3, etc -- then you
can do it easily ... But, without the above programs, I can
not see a way to easily do them all at one time..

The only other question that I have Bill is:  When you say that
your time is 7 hrs ahead of what it shud have been, if you
take the TIME backwards by 7 hrs -- "will you also" have to shift
the DATE (in a few cases)??
