A thought, which might be way off base.  Is there a way to block 
delete QSO's in DXBase?  If I recall there is/was a way in with an 
add-on program to block change times in CT.  Once that was done, and 
assuming the QSO's with the incorrect time had been block deleted in 
DXBase, then could you not "re-import" the QSO's which presumably now 
have the correct time?

As I said, I may be way off track with this thought...
