[Dxbase] your Xmas wish list

I would settle for a simple fix that would make DXbase key my transmitter in
CW without having to run another program such as MMTTY or CWType in the
background.  These programs key the rig, as does WriteLog, but DXB always
has to have help.  I have never understood why this is such a hit or miss
deal in DXB.  It's the same OS, same radio, same connections for all
applications, yet DXB is the only one that needs help to perform a simple
switch on/switch off function.
