I did finally resolve the problem. Somehow the database must be messed up. I disconnected the RAC callbook and the problem still exist. I went into the "Call Map" and deleted the "LU1ZD" entry. Closed the "Call Map" window then reopened it and reentered the "LU1ZD = KC4" entry. All is now working fine and LU1ZD comes up as KC4 as it should.
