Mike, The HELP section has some words as follows for putting SWL card info into the Labels pending database -- these words are talking about the SWL Reply button in the Previous QSO window :
SWL ? This button allows you to respond to an SWL report. When clicked, a pop up window will appear that let?s you enter the SWL callsign.
