Mike, Well, I see Joe beat me to the punch so to speak, but I picked up something from his response anyway. I never noticed the SWL Reply button on the Previous QSO's window. Got to start looking more carefully I guess.
Anyway, I just sent out a bunch of cards to the buro that included some SWL cards. Here is how I handle them, rightly or wrongly. I don't add the SWL card to my DXbase .mdb file at all. Instead I find the other station the SWL has reported hearing me work to verify date, time, band and mode info. If all is correct, I add the station I worked to the pending labels file. I do this for each SWL card I receive. Then I go into the pending labels file and give each station I will use to print out a SWL report a unique group ID, such as "S" for SWL. Then I go to Output/User Designed Labels and check the QSO label button and put "S" in the group to select box. In the list of labels to use I select the 8161SWL_2.lbl. This label will then prompt you to fill in the SWL's call and the buro prefix to use. If you have multiple labels in the pending file the prompt will appear that many times, each time asking for the SWL call and the dx buro to use. When all is entered the SWL labels are sent to the printer. Once printed DXbase will ask if you want to update the QSL sent field for the stations in the pending file - answer no since you didn't send them a QSL., but sent the SWL a QSL. When back to the main DXbase screen click on the Empty Labels icon and delete all group "S" records from the pending labels file. Kind of cumbersome, but it works.
