How can I designate my QSO contacts in DxBase 2006 as being made from permanent
residency in different states if the callsign used was the SAME in every state
(K3SEW with no portable slash ever used)? I was K3sew in Maine, New York and
Pennsylvania. I want to be able to submit my logs to the World Log Book and
give DX stations and others credit for the contact with the state I was located
in.

In addition, is there a way to use DxBase 2006 and the World Log Book for
county hunters to designate the county from which they operated mobile from so
as to give state & county credit to folks who worked you?

K3SEW,
At the risk of making this too simple, do you know what dates you were in
these states? How about a log for each operating place? You will have to
"sign" a separate log certifying that you were at that QTH for each LoTW
log anyway.
Same idea when you run around different counties. You have to put that
info into your log "system" since you are the sole owner of the actual
information. There are plenty of places to put notes etc in DXBase but one
"log" doesn't fit your objective.
